Ingredients

1 cup Italian dressing

¼ cup Dale’s Steak Seasoning (or all-purpose marinade)

¼ cup BBQ sauce (halal-certified)

¼ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s or halal wing sauce)

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, steak seasoning, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce.

Add chicken breasts to a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Seal and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.

To grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

To bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
