Ingredients

  • Croutons: Ciabatta bread, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper

  • Chicken: Boneless skinless breasts, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, pepper

  • Dressing: Mayonnaise, buttermilk, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper

  • Salad: Romaine lettuce, Parmesan


Instructions

  • Toss bread cubes with garlic oil, parsley, salt, pepper; bake until crisp.

  • Marinate chicken in lemon, garlic, and olive oil for 2+ hours; grill and slice.

  • Whisk dressing ingredients together.
