Description
A no-bake, frozen twist on the classic campfire treat. These bars are layered with chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream, and graham crackers for the ultimate summer dessert.
Ingredients

1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

1¾ cups cold milk

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup marshmallow fluff

8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

12 graham crackers, halved (to make 24 squares)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in marshmallow fluff.

Fold in whipped topping until creamy.

Line a 9×13” dish with parchment. Place 12 graham cracker halves in a single layer.

Spread marshmallow mixture over graham crackers.

Spread pudding over the marshmallow layer.

Top with the remaining 12 graham cracker halves.

Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before cutting into bars.
